Giantess Princess Andi’s Pickled Tiny Man Feet
You know that tiny man feet are the sweetest meat, right? Of course you don’t! Why should you know? Now you do because, I am telling you. I would know, and tiny man feet are delicious! The recipe that I am going to share with you is my personal, blue ribbon, award winning, cherished recipe.
Five Star Recipe for Pickled Tiny Man Feet:
6 of the juiciest, fattest little men that you can find. ****
Are you a tiny little man– good enough to eat?
2 red Chile peppers, fresh
1 medium onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
2 tbs. salt
1 tsp. peppercorns
1/2 tbs. mustard seed
1/2 tbs. coriander seed
1/4 tsp. cloves
Sliced ginger
White vinegar
Water
Cookware and Utensils:
2 quart sterilized jars with lids, large stainless steel pot and a slotted spoon.

****Well, I am not going to say exactly how, but I spend months fattening up tiny men and this is very important to get the sweetest meat. I use special foods and herbs and take a lot of time, patience and preparation to make sure my tiny men are healthy and fat before I start to pickle them.
