Hello to all of you beautiful ladies! Feminization is something I thoroughly enjoy. With the holidays upon us, I thought this would be the first installment of my Princess Andi’s holiday Guide for Sissies. Many of you are going to dress up for the holiday’s but might find the idea of walking in heels a little bit daunting. It doesn’t have to be this way! With practice and patience you too will become a natural at walking in heels. I thought writing about heels would be a great first installment to my Princess Andi’s Holiday Guide for Sissies.
12 Tips on walking in high heels
- The most important tip on my list for you– make sure you have a good fit. Don’t try to squeeze your foot into a shoe that is to small for you feet and don’t wear a shoe that is to large. Many people will try use excuses to over look an ill-fitting pair of shoes and learn the hard way. I should have kept looking. Don’t make the mistake of wearing shoes that are not a good fit!!! I can’t express the importance of this enough Be patient and find a pair of shoes that fit your feet well.
- Nervous and unsure of walking in heels. Find a block heel. You can find an attractive shoe with a block heel to go with what you are wearing and the block heel will make you feel a bit more secure as you do walk in them.
- Posture is everything! Don’t slouch! Stand up straight and proud!
- Lean back as you walk. Slightly. This will help you avoid the baby giraffe walk. That is so hard to watch and even harder to be the one in the shoes walking that way.
- Take small steps. The last thing you want to do is walk faster then your shoes allow. That is how accidents happen. We don’t want that, right?
- This is important and take practice. Walk heel to toe. Practice- Practice-Practice! Going up or down the stairs? Stomp your foot flat. Hold the rail. Practice doing this somewhere you can be safe. If you are walking on grass, put more weight on the ball of your foot and try to get off the grass as soon as you can! You don’t want a muddy, grass- stained shoe!
- Do you feel like you are slipping? Here is a trick to help stop that– arch your foot inside your shoe. Works like a charm and helps stop you from slipping.
- Experts suggest visualizing walking an invisible straight line. For some reason that will help keep you focused and walking nice and proper. Remember Don’t rush.
- Break your shoes in before you wear them out. Practice walking in them inside around your house and then outside on pavement. You will notice how different it is to walk on the different surfaces and you need to practice walking on them so you will be a natural when you are out for a fun night. The reason it is so important to practice is because you will be able to relax more and concentrate on having a good time then, on your shoes and feet.
- If you are worried about sore feet, buy a good shoe insole. Doing this could really make a difference on how you are able to handle wearing your shoes for a night out on the town.
- I mentioned practice walking around but not only should you practice walking in your new shoes, breaking them in. I want you to turn on your favorite music and practice dancing in them! A good woman prepares herself for anything! I would hate to think you didn’t dance because of your shoes! Or, you can always carry flats with you and slip them on for dancing but, do you really want to do that? You can as a last resort.
- This is my last tip for wearing heels is take good care of your feet! Don’t wear heels often and the first sign of trouble do something about it.
Feminization Training with Princess Andi
I take feminization training seriously. Wearing beautiful shoes is something that the majority of women love. The tips that I share with you here are just some of the things that you need to keep in mind when you buy your shoes. If you go shoe shopping go in the afternoon or early evening when your feet tend to be swollen. This helps you get the best fit for your shoe. If you are really worried about slipping- they make things that adhere to the bottom of your shoe to help keep you on your feet.
I can’t wait to hear about the hot shoes you bought for your sexy night out! I trust that these tips will help you walk like a natural! Do you have any tips you would like to share with me? Go ahead and please add your comment to the discussion– I look forward to reading what you have to say.

It absolutely does affect the way I walk/wiggle especially with leggings/yoga pant. It reaks of feminity. Seeing women wear ankle/knee high boots with leggings/yoga pants is hot!!! If they can wear it so can I. Honestly wear this looks better on me then my boring guy clothes. It really shows my curves with the leggings/yoga pants. Same with wearing my dresses which my masseuse had me trying on along with my silk blouses/panties/measuring /fitting me in bra. Not to change subject she cancelled massage this past Friday and said she owes me and I asked if she was interested in helping me try on my foundation/blush/lipsticks and she said she would. Though she’s married she said not to worry about her husband. I’m going to ask her if she wants to do this once a month after/before waxings as I’m her only client. I’m hoping she does as I want her to make me her cream puff girl. If so I’ll be much happier and will tell her that along with doing whatever she asks/wants without question.
Petey cream puff, thank you for your comment. I bet you look sexy as hell while wearing your sexy boots and or heels! As you already know, wearing heels, definitely influences the wiggle in your walk and the way your body looks! Thank you for sharing!
Great tips on getting used to walking in heels! My problem has been in getting past your first tip, which is finding shoes that fit right in the style that I like. I’m not brave enough to try on heels in the stores, but even so, the mainstream stores only carry a limited selection of sizes that most sissies need. The fetish stores might carry a better selection of larger and wider styles, but not all of us are looking for stripper shoes with sky high heels and platforms.
So I end up shopping online, and here’s a few of the difficulties I often run into.
If I find a style I like (with lower heels, a wider and rounder toe box), then it’s a big gamble to find out if the shoes will be wearable once they arrive. Occasionally I’ll get lucky, but different shoe manufacturers size their shoes differently, and you can’t depend that the size 10 from one maker that fits you perfectly means that any size 10s from another maker will even be close. I seem to be an in between size, because I ether end up with shoes that are too short or narrow and cramp my toes, or they will slip off my heels when I walk in them.
Ankle straps help with the slippage, and I’ve been able to get around the slippage somewhat with the stick-on heel pads, but those rarely stay in place for very long.
One other tip that I think helps heels to feel more comfortable is to try and get them in leather and not the cheap man-made materials offered by most of the discount shoe stores. I feel like the leather shoes will break-in a lot better. Oh, and remember when shopping that your feet can swell at different times of the day as well.
I’ve started wearing boots with 2-3 inch heel along with regular heels and yes it does take practice and you need to pick up your feet in doing this. Ankle/knee high boots are so hot that I’ve started to add them to my collection along with regular heels. They really make my legs look girlish when I have dress/leggings/yoga pants on along with women’s slacks.
