CBT stands for cock and ball torture. I can tell a lot from a guy by his reaction to the mere mention of cbt; of course, this is not everyone’s idea of a hot time. Today, I am going to talk about CBT safety. Here are some of my rules for a cbt session with me.
Safe CBT Play is a Must.
Your safety is my biggest concern. I am not interested in doing any permanent damage. I am pretty sure you don’t want to do that either so, listening is very important. It can be too easy to get lost in the excitement of a hot phone session and let your enthusiasm sweep you away. I am here to guide you. I am here to lead you. To punish those cock and balls but you need to understand and listen carefully to what I am instructing you to do. So, if I tell you to stop or switch to something else. Do it.
One of my biggest concerns for you while doing a cbt session is circulation. Loss of circulation can cause serious damage. It is very important to be honest with me– if you start to lose sensation, lack of color or you experience some swelling and not in a good kind of way. You need to be honest and tell me. This is why I ask the questions that I do throughout a session.
What to have on hand for a CBT session
No matter how careful we are during a cbt session there is pain involved and that is the whole reason you want the session, right? I prefer it if you have a little first aid kit ready and an ice pack with a towel to use after the session. It’s good to keep some Arnica gel on hand to help with bruises, an antiseptic cream for small abrasions that might occur during a session to help avoid infection. I also like to have emt scissors in my personal kit just in case we need to do a quick release of a binding.
After session After Care.
After care is just as important as the session. People react differently to a session and that is the same for a CBT session. Communication is important. Also being aware of any signs of trouble. If you start to experience swelling, loss of sensation or become queasy– you should consult your doctor.
Some things to do for yourself after a CBT session:
Rest and relax. It is important to take it easy. Eat some dark chocolate– it is very good for you. Drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Don’t masturbate. Let your dick recover. It is normal for you to ache after a cbt session so just let your dick rest. How long it takes varies from guy to guy and the cbt session.
Do you have a safety tip that you would like to share with me? Stay tuned for some of the toys I would like you to bring to a cbt session with me.
I will capture your cock and penetrate your mind!

Thank you Meredith. I appreciate your comment. I do hope that my new blog series on CBT helps those that are curious about it, no matter what kind of experience they have. XoXo
This is a great post. I love the advice, especially the much needed after care. CBT is certainly not for everyone, but for those who dare…be prepared. This post will help them do just that.
🙂 Thanks Lena, Skype does add to the fun and safety of a session. 🙂
I do enjoy CBT, but I really prefer to watch a caller on Skype while it happens. It’s easier to see then if he is doing anything that could cause harm. I’m shocked by callers that tell me about things they have done that were just plain foolish. Safety while playing should be the number one concern.
Thank you Piper. I appreciate your comment. XoXo
The cool thing about CBT is that superficial wounds on the penis and balls heal pretty quickly, but it is easy to get carried away. I think all of your suggestions are spot on and your pain pets are very lucky to have a Mistress like you keeping their safety in mind! 🙂
Thank you Cindy. I am sure that is one of the reasons the guys adore you. That you do look out for that cock! 😉 XoXo
Ms. Andi, I completely agree with the aforementioned on post-CBT. CBT is in itself pleasurable and erotic for many. This blissful state between pleasure and pain of male sexual adventure of getting off with different experimental and unusual ways should be guarded carefully.
Thank you sisecal– I love doing sessions with you. I agree– it doesn’t take much to elicit the pain. Just using a pencil with an eraser can do the trick. And that is very true– thank you for saying that because clean–sterilized toys are very important. And, the more toys the better. I do like variety! Great comments! Thank you! xoxox
Thank you Emily! I plan on it. I am all about safe, sane, consensual play! Although, I do have to admit–one persons sanity is another persons madness! hee hee… But you know what I mean! 😉
As an afterthought, I would add that it is important to make certain all the toys prepared for the session are clean and sterilized if possible. A variety of toys is also important, they may not all be used but providing several options for you, reduces the chance of predicting how you will approach the session. One day,
Great advice, it doesn’t take much to elicit the pain necessary to make a great CBT session. I recall that you were very careful but still enjoyed the session. Your laughing as I begged for release added to my discomfort, but knowing that you were enjoying the session only made the whole scene better. Until we meet again, soon.
Oh yes mistress keep this conversation going .
